WHOLE MILK YOGURT
Our yogurts are non-homogenized, meaning that the cream does separate out and rise to the top.
Just stir it back in before serving - it is completely normal for this to happen. The key to our yogurt
is simplicity - no pectin, no high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners. Just our fresh milk,
active cultures, and in the case of our Maple and Vanilla flavors, a few natural ingredients.
Our Whole Milk Yogurt comes in either a plastic or returnable glass container.
Varieties:
Plain - Made with just our fresh milk and active cultures, it doesn’t get much simpler than this.

Maple - Our plain yogurt with maple syrup from our neighbor’s sugar shack added in. It is just a hint of maple - the maple flavor and sweetness are not at all overpowering. A great base for adding in your own favorite yogurt flavorings - whether that be a little more maple syrup, some fresh fruit, or perhaps some jam.

Vanilla - Our basic maple yogurt with vanilla added. Again, not a terribly sweet yogurt, but if you find it too tart, it is perfect for adding in whatever you like.

GREEK YOGURT What is Greek Yogurt? Greek yogurt has been drained, removing much of the whey. This results in a significantly thicker, creamier yogurt.
Varieties:
Plain - Quite tart, our plain Greek yogurt is very versatile. Use it for cooking, add honey to eat it like they do in Greece, mix in fruit.. some brave souls even eat it straight. Dave (“the farmer”) uses it as a substitute for sour cream.
Vanilla - Slightly sweeter than plain, our customers report using it for cooking, or as a wonderful, healthy fruit dip.
Maple - This decadent yogurt could be a dessert, it is so good. With more maple syrup than the non-Greek version, this is great for eating straight from the container. Many people confess to eating an entire container in one sitting - it’s addicting!
YOGURT SMOOTHIES Drinkable Yogurt / Smoothies Our Yogurt Smoothies are as simple as they come - a blend of yogurt, 100% fruit juice, and a touch of maple syrup from our neighbor.
